PROJETS AUTOCHTONES DU QUEBEC (P.A.Q), est un organisme communautaire sans but lucratif fondé en 2004. La mission de Projets Autochtones du Québec est d’offrir un service d’hébergement et des services d’intégration sociale adaptés aux cultures des Premières Nations, des Inuits et des Métis qui vivent des situations précaires ou en transition. PAQ offre un service de refuge de 36 lits pour hommes et 12 lits pour femmes. Nous offrons aussi un service de chambres de transition (16 chambres) qui a pour objectif la réinsertion sociale et la prévention de l’itinérance.
Nous sommes à la recherche d’une personne fiable, responsable, autonome, faisant preuve d’un bon jugement pour assurer une présence auprès des résidents la nuit et support et assistance à l’intervenant.
Nous n’exigeons aucune formation précise, cours de secourisme (RCR) valide ou/près à suivre la formation.
RESPONSABILITES :
Sous la supervision de la coordinateur-trice des services de soutien
1.Faire des rondes périodiques la nuit
2.Suivre certains protocoles lors de situations d’urgence
3.Appliquer les règlements en vigueur de l’établissement
4.Rédiger des rapports de compte rendu de la nuit
5.Réveils des participants
6.Apporte support et assistance aux besoins de l’intervenant.
7. Réalise toute autre tâche assignée par la coordinateur-trice des services de soutien

ON CALL : 17h00-23h30 / 12h00 (minuit) à 08h00
DISPONIBILITES: soir, nuit et fin de semaine
Salaire: 15.00$/heure

PROJET AUTOCHTONES DU QUEBEC (P.A.Q.) is a non-profit community organization founded in 2004. The mission of Projets Autochtones du Québec is to provide shelter and culturally adapted social reinsertion services to First Nations, Inuit, and Métis people who are homeless or in situations of difficulty. PAQ’s shelter service includes 36 beds for men and 12 beds for women. We also offer a Transition Program (16 individual rooms), with the objectives of aiding in social reinsertion of people who are homeless, and prevention of homelessness for those at-risk.
We are looking for a reliable, responsible, independent, good judgmental person to ensure a presence with our tenants and participants at night while supporting and assistance to the intervention worker.
We do not require any specific training, valid first aid course (CPR) or / willing to follow the training.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Under the supervision of the Support Services Coordinator
1. Periodic rounds at night
2.Follow certain protocols during Emergency situations
3.Apply the current rules and regulations of the establishment
4.Logbook entry / report of events and activities
5.Wake up calls
6.Provides support and assistance as needed to the intervention worker.
7. Perform any other duties assigned by the Support Services Coordinator

ON CALL / 5:00pm-11:30pm / 12:00 pm (midnight) to 08:00 am
AVAILABILITIES: weeknight, overnights and weekends
